My Personal Views on Self Defense

Self-defense should be taught with four very important concepts: |
Speed: Train to produce blinding speed in all of your techniques. You will need it in a confrontation.
Attitude: Always present yourself to your attacker that you will win at all cost. This comes with hard training.
Technique: Study all forms of self-defense that are applicable to real
self-defense situations. Hone your skills to precision, both mentally and physically. Study that
which has a high probability rate of success.
Timing: learn how to read your opponent's movements before they happen; anticipate their intentions.
The simplest techniques in self-defense are to be aware of your surroundings and to avoid a confrontation if possible.
