Thank you for visiting our website “Inside The Dojo” and viewing our videos “Lessons in
Self Defense”. This website was established so you can view different martial arts self-defense
techniques. These videos “Lessons in Self Defense” are for demonstration and entertainment purposes
only. “Inside The Dojo” self-defense techniques should only be learned and taught by a certified and experienced,
licensed instructor in hand to hand combat and knife defense.

I have been training in the martial arts for 31 years, and actively teaching for 22. I am a 5th degree
black belt with World Yoshukai Karate Kobudo Organization (WYKKO), the only Yoshukai organization
recognized by the creator of the Yoshukai style, 10th degree Grandmaster Yamamoto in Kitakyushu City Japan. The directors of WYKKO
are Shihan Hiroaki Toyama, 8th dan, and Shihan Mike Culbreth, 7th dan.
